Can sexual harassment create a hostile work environment?

If you have experienced sexual harassment from a co-worker, supplier, customer, or any other individual who regularly interacts with you at your place of work, it is critical that you inform your immediate supervisor as soon as possible. Should you supervisor not do anything to prevent and discourage any further sexual harassment, it may be possible to categorize your workplace as a hostile work environment should any further sexual harassment occur.
